How do I sign up?
Simply pick your plan, add your billing and shipping info, and we’ll slide a delicious pasta night experience right to your door each month. Easy, tasty, and hassle-free!
How much does it cost per month?
Our boxes start at $39 month-to-month, with special discounts and perks for longer-term subscriptions. Check out all of the options here.
How can I gift someone a subscription?
We get it — sending noods (consensually!) is pretty fun too. Just choose the gift plan option here, add a personal note, and we’ll handle the rest.
Are the boxes just for couples?
Not at all! Whether you’re flying solo, cooking with friends, or having a cozy night in with your partner, our 1lb bag of pasta will be more than enough for 4 servings of culinary fun.
Are the noods satisfying for all diets?
Our pasta and pantry items vary month-to-month, so we recommend checking each month’s box contents for specific dietary info. For each box, our recipes will lean vegetarian with some suggested meaty add-ons and vegan-friendly swaps. Stay tuned for gluten-free and other special diet plan options in the future!
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Can I skip a month?
Absolutely! Life happens. Just log into your account to pause your subscription—no hassle, no judgment. You can also plan ahead and select the month you'll be ready to receive deliveries again.
Can I cancel my subscription?
We hate goodbyes, but you can cancel your plan any time from your account dashboard. Please note that canceling your subscription only stops future subscription renewals going forward. You will still receive any boxes that have already been paid for.
When will I be charged for my renewal?
Our billing date is the 5th day of each month. For month-to-month plans, that means you’ll be charged on the 5th day for every month your plan is active. For subscribers with 3, 6, or 12 month plans, you’ll be charged on the 5th day of the month your plan is set to start or renew. Don’t worry, we’ll send a reminder email before any charges go through so you’re never caught off guard.
Can I return a box if I don’t like it?
Because we’re dealing with food, we don’t accept returns — but your satisfaction matters! If something’s off, email us at support@clubnoods.com so we can try to bring the flavor (and the love) back.
I forgot my account password. How can I get back in?
Not to worry! If you’re having trouble remembering or resetting your password, please reach out to support@clubnoods.com so we can assist.

Where do you ship?
We ship across the continental U.S. Shipping details and costs will be shown during checkout.
How quickly does my first box ship?
We typically ship boxes on the 20th day of each month, but you can check our planned delivery schedule here for the exact dates. If you don’t place an order before that month’s cutoff date, you’ll be first in line for the following month! In addition to displaying the next shipment date in your account dashboard, we’ll send tracking information and a box preview email as soon as it’s on the way.
Can I change my shipping date?
No, we ship all boxes at the same time every month. If you won’t be able to receive a shipment on the scheduled delivery week, please be sure to pause your subscription in your account dashboard and reactivate when you are ready to receive deliveries again.
What happens if my box is damaged?
Oh no! If your box arrives damaged, please contact support@clubnoods.com with photos so we can make it right.
